return and repair policy

I strive to create each piece of jewelry with complete attention to design and quality.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct size! I do not re-size rings unless I made it the incorrect size for a custom order and it was my mistake. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to discuss an exchange if you send a request within 2 weeks after you've gotten the jewelry. Please contact me via email to initiate any sort of exchange or to request alteration. Applicable charges may occur and the customer will still pay for shipping costs. If a repair is needed during the life of the piece and I am able to repair it, I will do so with relevant charges for time and materials. Note that it is very hard to find matching replacement stones.
