A new design for Lumenrose. "Bump out" refers to a certain kind of stamp technique involving two carved steel stamps to create a raised, or "bumped out" part of the metal. I clamp the recessed stamp into my vise, rest the silver sheet on top and align the convex stamp over that. Then I hammer it into the bottom stamp's recessed area, essentially pressing the metal to fill the void. The bump outs frame a oval of lavender/periwinkle colored Golden Hills turquoise. There are stamping details on the band too. Made of sterling silver.
Measurements: stone setting is approximately 1 5/16" tall by 1/2" wide. The band is around 2.5mm wide. Ring is size 6.5
