A golden crescent moon to remind you of this magnificent celestial body. Made from reclaimed gold. I alloyed the metal to 14k and poured an ingot. Then I hammered and rolled it with a rolling mill into sheet, from which I then sawed it out, textured and formed it to the final shape.
This necklace is fabulous for layering, or perfect on its own. The 14K chain is very dainty- that's the look I was going for. Wear with care and/or save it for date night out if you have a small child who likes to grab necklaces!
Measurements: The pendant including the bail is approximately 1/2" long by 3/8" wide. The chain is 16.25" long. Everything is 14 karat gold, except the clasp, which is 10 karat.
